Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Florence - Market Square

I went into the Florence, AL location on Sat morning Aug 10th. I checked in and was next in line. This was around 09:50 am. I was never spoken to. After I arrived about 6 more people came in. I sat there next in line and waited patiently. One of the three girls doing cuts finished the cut she was on and disappeared to the back. I continued to wait another 15 minutes and got no response from anyone as to who was next or an apology for the delay. I got up and left. I don’t live in the area but if I did and this is how the service always is then I would not be going back!!

I visited Sport Clips for the first time ever and it was a great experience. Penny did a fantastic job with my haircut and beard trim. I highly recommend Penny and I will be returning.

I absolutely love this place! I got a great haircut, an awesome massage and the customer service was great as well! The workers were fun to be around. And I plan on going back next time!
